What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

Program Details

Lemon Tree Hostel Khaosan is looking for an experienced bartender to join us as a volunteer! Located in the heart of Bangkok, our hostel is a lively hub for travelers from around the world. We need someone who already has bartending skills and can help us run our bar while also teaching our staff to improve their drink-making techniques.

What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a fun, social atmosphere.
Help train our staff in cocktail-making, pouring techniques, and bar service.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Interact with travelers, creating a welcoming environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous bartending experience (cocktails, customer service, bar setup).
A friendly and outgoing personality – we want someone who enjoys engaging with people!
Ability to teach and guide our staff, helping them improve their skills.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
