Our nonprofit empowers communities in rural Ghana through schools, hospitals, and resource centers, transforming lives by providing education, healthcare, and skills training. We seek online and onsite volunteers for roles in teaching, healthcare, sports, construction, arts, and more. What you offer

18 hours of help per week

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Accommodation: Get discounts for your stay in other hostels.

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Program Details

Imagine a child in rural Ghana reading for the first time, a farmer acquiring new skills to enhance his crops, or a family finally receiving the medical care they need. WHAT WE NEED

We are looking for both online and onsite volunteers to assist with fundraising, community outreach, and program implementation. Onsite volunteers are particularly essential in our local communities to help with:
- Music, computer, and language classes
- Sports coaching and training
- Counseling and mental health projects
- Construction and renovation projects
- Administrative and project management tasks
- Medical and healthcare support
- Youth and women empowerment initiatives

Activities & Shift

TYPES OF HELP NEEDED
- General Maintenance & Teaching Support: Assist with various curriculum subjects (Science, Mathematics, Social Studies) and school programs.

- Fundraising & Project Management:
Connect us with prospective sponsors, help with grant writing, and improve project efficiency.

- Videography & Creative Arts:
Capture the culture and traditions of the region through a dedicated YouTube channel (please bring your own equipment), and support our music and creative arts department with donations of instruments such as pianos, guitars, or flutes.

- Environmental Projects:
Help maintain our permaculture farm, tree nursery, and newly launched memorial forest.
