You'll have a private bedroom in a two-bedroom mobile

What you offer

28 hours of help per week

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

What you get

3 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dreaming of an epic spring by the sea? We’re offering adventurous travellers the chance to dive into Ireland’s adventure tourism scene!

🌟 What You Get:
🏡 A private bedroom in our staff accommodation (shared kitchen & living space)
🛶 Free access to our kayaks, surfboards, SUPs, snorkel gear, bikes & more!
🚴 A base to explore Ireland’s stunning coastline

No fees, just fun! (Meals not included, but a full kitchen is yours to use!)

Things to note:
* We are looking for 1 person or a couple from the start of February onwards.
* You will be staying in a 2-bedroom mobile home, which is located at the back of the main building. This also has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
* Our business opens in April, there might be no other volunteers or staff around until then and tours will not be running in Feb + March. Adventure equipment is still available for you to use.
* Fethard on Sea is a quiet seaside village during the off-season, it's beautifully located near many beaches and has everything you need either in the village or a short bus ride away in New Ross, but it is very quiet during the winter months.

Activities & Shift

🌟 Activities & Shifts – Every Day is an Adventure! 🌊

January-March:
Our business doesn't open until April, so your days off will be Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Shifts will be 830am-330pm Tuesdays-Fridays.

April onwards:
Our weekends are action-packed, so your days off will be Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays, like the rest of our crew! Since we work with nature, flexibility is key - but trust us, no two days are the same! Generally, your working hours will be early afternoons and early evenings, when gear comes back from tours. In between you will have some other tasks as well.
