The experience

We're seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help with guest activities, customer service at our reception and/or restaurant. Enjoy a flexible schedule in a beautiful setting, meet people from around the world, and gain valuable experience. What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Fluent English or Intermediate Spanish

Between 23 and 45 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

Come visit our wonderful resort, where we need help in the kitchen and bar. Meet our workers and our family in a work and social environment where you can learn about local cuisine and the preparation of delicious drinks. 🍜🥟🍹

Activities & Shift

Help our chefs in the preparation of delicious dishes, including traditional-style sushi and pizza, and discover authentic Filipino cuisine through activities such as food prep, cleaning and kitchen organization. You'll also get hands-on experience in making drinks and cocktails, as well as a variety of beverages like coffee and smoothies, with bar and counter work included!
