The experience

We’re looking for a creative and motivated volunteer to join our surf camp team in Tamraght! If you love the ocean, surf culture, and digital media, this position is for you. Your role will be to capture the spirit of our surf camp and share it with the world through engaging social media content

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Discounts on Pubs: Get discounts at nearby pubs.

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Pub Crawls: Be a part of our pub crawls at local bars!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Dance classes: Take free dance classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Holistic Therapies: You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.

Permaculture Course: Take part in our Permaculture course for free.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Under 26 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Morocco

European Union Passport

Activities & Shift

Main Activities:

Filming and editing short videos (Reels, TikToks)

Taking photos of guests, surf sessions, and daily life at the camp

Creating fun and engaging Instagram stories

Helping with creative ideas for digital content and social media strategy

Rules

Respect everyone and the camp space 🌴

Keep things tidy, but don’t stress too much
