Join Pachamama Tours and bring our stories to life! 📸✨ Help capture tours, share experiences online, and create content that inspires travelers. Your ideas will shape programs, support our nonprofit’s reopening, and connect communities. Gain hands-on skills, earn a certificate, and be part of a team that’s more than colleagues — we’re a family growing together.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Discounts on Accommodation: Get discounts for your stay in other hostels.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Between 18 and 40 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Capture the magic — take photos and videos of tours, local life, and unforgettable experiences 📸
Create engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms that tell our story
Share stories that inspire, connect, and showcase our community and culture
Help maintain a vibrant, positive online presence that reflects our mission

You Are

Creative, proactive, and full of energy ✨
Comfortable with photography, video, or content creation
Passionate about travel, culture, and storytelling
Excited to help us showcase how Pachamama Tours empowers local communities

Shifts: Hours are flexible and may rotate as we spend more time outside the office on tours and projects — we’ll work together to find a schedule that fits.

Rules

All volunteers must commit to:

Be punctual, Be reliable, Be responsible.
Notify us if your availability changes or if you are leaving the organization.
Handle grievances in the proper manner. Participate in training courses as requested. Ask for help when you need it. Support other team members
HOUSE RULES
Excessive alcohol consumption of alcohol is not allowed in the house. No guests are allowed in the hostel without consent. No drugs or weapons are allowed in the hostel.. Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in termination of your program.

Please note that meals are only provided on the days you work. If you have questions please ask the owner directly to negotiate.
