The experience

At the moment, what I am looking for is to have an assistant.
I am changing my attention to Real Estate, and I need someone to help with searches and management of data, and sending out offers.
We will be using some free and paid for sites to get information on sold properties to be used as comps, as well as contact potential sellers in order to buy their land

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate Spanish

Over 18 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Colombia

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

At this moment, I have never hosted a working person. We have rabbits here, Hens, andhttps://www.worldpackers.com/hosts/volunteer_positions/86197/rewards/edit 2 dogs. We have Mandarin Orange Trees, Plantains, Bananas etc. Also, a garden and looking for help planting coffee soon. Apart from the nature work, we are also doing maintenance, and renovations to the property.

Rules

I have a quite a few irons in the fire and mostly very lucrative, but I lose focus and not as good at automation as I should be.
I would also look forward to sharing a % of transactions for quality help and getting things done.
Some, you can potentially keep doing during the rest of your travels.
This could turn into a great opportunity for the right person.
