Program Details

This is what a week could look like:
-mucking out the stables
-feeding the horses
-riding or walking with the horses
-preparing the horses for the guests
-cleaning the holiday home
-gardening/ mowing
Things will be quieter here from October/November onwards. The trail riding season is gradually coming to an end, and there's no more mowing or weeding to do. However, new tasks will arise, and the horses still need to be exercised.
---every day can bring new challenges---

Activities & Shift

Flexible working hours by arrangement.
You live in a 35sqm fully furnished room (without kitchen and bathroom) This you can find 5m away in the next building. We regularly stock the fridge for you – according to your wishes (or go shopping together at our expense) and buy drinks, etc., depending on your wishes, of course. Dinners are always difficult to plan, but if possible, we like to eat together...or with friends, etc. We only eat vegetarian.
In the moment (August 2025) we renovate a new volunteer home here in the house. With own kitchen and restroom. Here you can find a sleepingroom for 2 people, a fully equiped kitchen and a Dining/living-room. The new bathroom is taking a bit longer.

Rules

Always be friendly to our animals and our guests.
We only accept volunteers who can ride: means, have had riding lessons and know how to behave on and around a horse - a least the basics.
