Capture the live energy of performances and rehearsals.
Collaborate with other creatives to ensure smooth video production.
Edit footage to share on social media, websites, or other platforms.
Capture moments and behind-the-scenes footage for social media updates.
- In terms of equipment, we do require a professional camera for the filming, rather than a phone camera, and the use of a steady cam or a tripod is essential for smooth shots.
Morning shifts: Start around 9:00 AM until 01:00 PM(for prep work and assisting with early events).
Afternoon shifts: Begin around 3:00 PM and run until 8:00 PM (covering performances/workshops and social media updates).
Evening shifts: May run from 6:00 PM to 01:00 PM (only during the 6 evenings of the show).
Each volunteer has to ensure focus and efficiency for at least 4 Hours a day
NOTE
What we would need from you is to
- capture footage during the workshops in the dance studio, as well as
- capture content during the two side events.
- Conduct a short interview with some of the choreographers.
During the side events, we typically feature one dance artist who presents their performance, followed by an Italian aperitivo with a DJ set.
At the end of the side event, or during the event, we would like to
- conduct a short interview with the artist who performed, so you will also need a microphone for the camera.
All of this in vertical format for social media, with a maximum length of 1-2 minutes.
The side events will take place on August 20 and 27, with one artist performing each night.
