Join our team to help complete interior finishing and winterization of a building. We seek individuals with basic construction experience who can assist with various projects. Must be comfortable using hand tools and following safety protocols. Physical work involves lifting and standing. Flexible scheduling available. All tools and safety equipment provided. Make a lasting impact while gaining hands-on experience. Help cleaning.
What you offer
25 hours of help per week
Arts:
Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.
Painting & Decorating:
Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.
Gardening:
Help grow plants and cultivate gardens
Building & Repairing:
Help with a wide range of repairs or building.
What you get
2 days off per week
Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast:

Program Details
We seek skilled volunteers to assist with diverse construction projects at our facility. Your work will include building fences, docks, trails and stairs using both wood and metal materials. Experience with finish carpentry, tilework, and plumbing installation is highly valuable.
Projects also involve responsible deconstruction, shipping container modifications, and essential tasks like construction site organization, inventory management, and thorough cleanup.
We provide a comprehensive working environment with all necessary tools and equipment. You'll work alongside experienced team members who offer guidance while having the opportunity to apply and expand your construction expertise.
This position requires physical capability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety protocols.
Accommodation includes shared housing with access to lodge kitchen facilities. Internet access is available in the main lodge. We maintain flexible scheduling with 5-hour minimum shifts. You'll gain valuable experience across multiple construction disciplines while contributing to meaningful community projects.
