Rachel & Harriet were so welcoming and helpful! Really appreciated them picking up & dropping me off at the train station and giving me ideas of places around town to explore! It was so fun helping them fix up their beautiful house!

I had the most amazing time at Rachel & Harriet. I felt welcomed from the first day. They were communicative and helpful if I had any concerns. Tasks and working hours were clear and accurate. I helped with cleaning, painting, sanding, and removing old tiles. I was happy to gain a lot of new skills and experiences. You will have tons of free time after work and on the weekends to explore the home neighborhood and the beautiful Peak District! It was such a pleasure to be a part of this beautiful house and people's renovation project! Thank you for everything, and I hope to see you all soon :)

I have no words to describe how special this experience was. Harriet and Rachel are super attentive, polite and very dedicated to renovating this beautiful house. They are always worried about you and your comfort. Alfie is a very affectionate dog, he has a lot of love to offer and loves a lot of attention! Living with the girls and Alfie is super welcoming, comfortable and I felt very happy. I recommend this experience to anyone!

Rachel and Harriet were the best hosts ever. They've made everything to ensure we're comfortable and happy with the volunteering. I cannot thank you both enough. They have Alfie which is the most lovely dog. The volunteering is easy done and they make sure you have everything you need. We'd do few hours in the morning after breakfast and stopping at lunch time. If you're in doubt about them, just apply and I ensure you'll have a blast!!! xx
