Overall my time at the hostel was good. It started off a little unusual, as they didn't have me work the position I applied for (social media & photography), but had me jump in to work reception night shift instead. After a conversation with Carlos we managed to figure out an agreement that worked for both of us, so he definitely is flexible and open to suggestions. The team was lovely & mostly spoke Spanish, which helped me improve! Renting a bike & going to the beach were definitely my favorite perks of this position.

My time at the hostel was amazing! Carlos and Meche were super nice, explained everything very well, I had a really good time with the other volunteers and the work itself was good too! I helped Carlos with worldpackers, updates documents and websites and helped at the reception. In my free time I went to the beach or did something with the other volunteers. It was a great time!

I had a great experience volunteering at the hostel of Cancun. Meche was always kind and attentive, and Carlos was very helpful throughout my stay. The hostel has a relaxed vibe and a good atmosphere for meeting travelers from around the world. I'm grateful for the opportunity and wish them all the best moving forward. Thank you for everything!

Carlos was very open minded and was extremely helpful during my stay! Loved working with Sorin and Meche and I will definitely miss seeing them! I ran pretty late one day because I went on a tour and forgot about time changes, but they were very understanding and generous about the situation. I would stay again

I did my first volunteer work here. It was a nice experience. I worked at the reception and it wasn't really that hard. Working here, I met many different people and traveled with them, creating many good memories. The time I spent here will probably be one of the most unforgettable moments of my life.

We had a really good time at the hostel, the job was easy and the atmosphere welcoming and friendly. Was a great experience, The whole team was very supportive and made us feel at home. It's good as you are really close to the centre and there's plenty of nightlife. Thanks a lot especially to Meche, Irene for training us and being patient with our tasks. Thanks Carlos for giving us this opportunity. Highly recommended! :)
