Program Details

You will stay with a welcoming local family in a small village, just a 10 minute motorbike ride from Arusha. As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to support our local school by assisting in teaching classes and inspiring children to develop a love for learning—all while having fun.

In your free time during afternoons and weekends, you are free to explore at your own pace. Whether you prefer independent adventures or guided experiences, we can help arrange various trips and activities. You can embark on a safari, hike Mount Kilimanjaro or Mount Meru, relax in hot springs, visit breathtaking waterfalls, experience life in a Maasai village, or spend time with children from the boarding school or orphanage. Your experience is entirely up to you—choose what makes your journey most meaningful

Activities & Shift

Our volunteers begin their day at 8:00 AM, dedicating their time and energy until 12:30 PM. After a fulfilling morning of work, they return to their host families for a hearty lunch, followed by a well-deserved break. They can relax, catch up on personal activities, or enjoy free WiFi at our office.

As the evening unfolds, volunteers immerse themselves in a rich cultural experience—learning to cook traditional African dishes. This hands-on activity offers more than just culinary skills; it’s a gateway to understanding local traditions and forging deeper connections with the community.
