The experience
We are seeking skilled volunteers—builders, teachers, doctors, and sports trainers—to support community empowerment projects. Volunteers will help repair buildings, teach local students, provide healthcare, and mentor youth through sports. In return, we expect dedication, teamwork, and a passion for creating positive change. Your days will involve hands-on work, community engagement, and skill-sharing. Together, we can build a sustainable future.
What you offer
30 hours of help per week
Building & Repairing:
Help with a wide range of repairs or building.
Child Care:
Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.
Social Work:
Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.
Teaching Sports:
Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.
What you get
2 days off per week
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Team Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Breakfast:
You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Dinner:
You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Free Laundry:
You can use our laundry room freely.
Pick Up:
We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.
Dance classes:
Take free dance classes at our place.
Language lessons:

Use our equipped kitchen:
Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Activities & Shift
Builders: Assist in constructing and repairing community infrastructure, including schools, clinics, and recreational facilities.

Volunteer Rules and Guidelines:
1. Professional Conduct: Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
2. Punctuality: Adhere to agreed-upon schedules and inform supervisors of any delays or absences.
3. Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of individuals and sensitive information encountered during your volunteer work.
4. Health and Safety: Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents promptly.
5. Cultural Respect: Honor local customs, traditions, and community norms.
6. Communication: Maintain open and respectful communication with team members, supervisors, and community members.
7. Accountability: Complete assigned tasks to the best of your ability and seek assistance when needed.
8. Substance Use: Refrain from the use of alcohol or drugs during volunteer activities.
9. Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to help improve the volunteer program.
10. Departure Notice: Inform supervisors in advance of any intention to leave the program early.
