Would recommend if youre wanting to learn Spanish or construction. The work was easy and interesting, assisting Suso in carving stones, then passing tools and sorting tiles while he worked on the roof. Food was great, large portions w freshly made bread. A beautiful house with great views and bikes available 45min walk/10min cycle to bus stop n bar (venta las ranas) 20min cycle to the beach. Still in construction phase so don't go if you're expecting luxury, but the beds are perfectly comfortable and the hosts will jump to give hot water bottles n things if you get cold. Plus cute dogs n cats!

I had a great time at the project. Suso and Myriam made me feel right at home. The house is in the countryside with an amazing view right from the house. The towns and cities nearby are also fun to visit and explore. The work will definitely get you dirty but its interesting and rewarding to see the progress made. I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to get in touch with nature and visit and experience Asturias.

Miriam and Suso are very welcoming I always felt at home during my stay. Miriam is an amazing cook and Suso is very passionate about what he does and he knows every detail about anything, I was so impressed and I learned so much from him.

Suso and Myriam were wonderful hosts and willing to accommodate any deadlines or needs I had. I was the video editor for Suso, and he was very willing to let me have a lot of the creative freedom and work with him. The food was great and felt very family-oriented. If you're looking for a bit of a technology detox up in the mountains, the project is a great place to go, they'll treat right and genuinely care for you and your wellbeing.

They were very welcoming and so helpful, especially with getting around and to the cities close by. I learned a lot, mostly things I did NOT thing I would- but that's even better. I had to leave a bit earlier and that wasn't an issue at all so A for flexibility :) It does get a bit chilly up there so I'd suggest bringing some sweaters!!

Suso and Myriam were incredible the entire time, it was my second volunteer job and made me feel welcomed and apart of the home. Food was delicious and on time I even got to learn a few recipes. I learnt a lot about construction and farming, and met a lot of other volunteers. Thanks again for this experience and I wish you the best of luck!

Suso and Myriam are very sweet and always make sure you are happy and well fed. Three delicious meals a day. You only work about 4 hours a day and get the rest free. Bus stop is a 40 minute walk and a 30 minute bus ride to gijon. Not much to do in the surrounding area.

Sois maravillosos.
