The experience

We're seeking a skilled volunteer to help elevate our project's visual presence!

Tasks:

Create engaging video graphics
Edit and enhance photos
Manage and post on social media platforms

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

Additional fee required

Amount: € 10 Per day

Description: We have a daily contribution of €10 for our volunteers, which helps cover the costs of: - Food - Accommodation - Water - Other essential expenses


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements:

Graphic design, video editing, and social media management skills
Adobe Creative Suite experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
Strong visual storytelling and social media knowledge
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Activities & Shift

Activities:*

1. *Video Graphics Creation*: Design and create engaging video graphics, animations, and motion graphics (2 hours/week)
2. *Photo Editing*: Edit and enhance photos for social media, website, and marketing materials (1.5 hours/week)
3. *Social Media Content Calendar*: Develop and implement a social media content calendar (1 hour/week)
4. *Social Media Management*: Manage and post content on our social media platforms (2 hours/week)
5. *Brainstorming Sessions*: Collaborate with our team on innovative visual storytelling ideas (1 hour/week)

*Shifts:*

- Monday: 2 hours (Video Graphics Creation)
- Tuesday: 1.5 hours (Photo Editing)
- Wednesday: 1 hour (Social Media Content Calendar)
- Thursday: 2 hours (Social Media Management)
- Friday: 1 hour (Brainstorming Sessions)

Note: These shifts are flexible and can be adjusted based on the volunteer's availability and preferences.

2. *Time Commitment*: Volunteers are expected to commit to the agreed-upon schedule and notify the team in advance of any changes or cancellations.
3. *Communication*: Volunteers must communicate effectively and professionally with the team, stakeholders, and the public.
4. *Content Guidelines*: All content created by volunteers must adhere to the organization's brand guidelines, tone, and style.
5. *Intellectual Property*: All intellectual property rights for content created by volunteers belong to the organization.
6. *Respect and Inclusion*: Volunteers must respect and promote the organization's values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
7. *Reporting*: Volunteers must report any concerns, issues, or incidents to Andrew.
