The experience

We’re looking for a creative and passionate volunteer to help showcase our project through amazing visuals.

What You’ll Do;
•Craft eye-catching videos and graphics that tell our story
•Edit and enhance photos to highlight our impact
•Manage and share content on social media to engage our community.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

Additional fee required

Amount: € 10 Per day

Description: We have a daily contribution of €10 for our volunteers, which helps cover the costs of: - Food - Accommodation - Water - Other essential expenses

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

Help us share the story of our project through captivating visuals. As a Visual Storytelling Volunteer, you will:
•Create engaging videos, animations, and motion graphics.
•Edit and enhance photos for social media, our website, and marketing materials.
•Plan and implement a social media content calendar.
•Manage and post content across our social media platforms.
•Collaborate with our team on creative and innovative visual storytelling ideas

Requirements:
•Skills in graphic design, video editing, and social media management
•Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
•Strong visual storytelling sense and social media knowledge
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Activities & Shift

Activities:
•Video Graphics Creation: Design and create engaging videos, animations, and motion graphics (2 hours/week)
•Photo Editing: Enhance photos for social media, website, and marketing materials (1.5 hours/week)
•Social Media Content Calendar: Plan and implement a content calendar (1 hour/week)
•Social Media Management: Post and manage content across our social media platforms (2 hours/week)
•Brainstorming Sessions: Collaborate with the team on creative storytelling ideas (1 hour/week)

Weekly Shifts:
•Monday: 2 hours – Video Graphics Creation
•Tuesday: 1.5 hours – Photo Editing
•Wednesday: 1 hour – Social Media Content Calendar
•Thursday: 2 hours – Social Media Management
•Friday: 1 hour – Brainstorming Sessions.

Note: Shifts are flexible and can be adjusted to suit your availability and preferences.

•Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of the organization and its stakeholders by keeping all sensitive information secure.
•Time Commitment: Commit to your agreed-upon schedule and notify the team in advance if you need to make changes.
•Communication: Interact professionally and clearly with the team, stakeholders, and the public at all times.
•Content Guidelines: Ensure all content you create aligns with the organization’s brand, tone, and style.
•Intellectual Property: All content created as a volunteer becomes the property of the organization.
•Respect and Inclusion: Uphold and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all interactions and work.
•Reporting: Promptly report any concerns, issues, or incidents to Director.
