The experience

Join the fun at our hostel in Tirana, Albania!

We’re looking for friendly, social, and open-minded volunteers to help out with reception and create a warm, welcoming environment for our guests.

Volunteers will help check people in, provide guests information on the city as well as Albania, and help create a great atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. Basic light cleaning and maybe a little bartending are required from time to time as well.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Intermediate English

Between 22 and 35 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Be from outside Albania

Program Details

The biggest requirement is for people who like socializing. We're looking for volunteers who like backpacking, hostel living, and getting to know other travelers. Whether you’re swapping stories, giving travel tips, or organizing fun activities, you’ll be at the heart of our hostel’s social vibe!
This is a great explore Tirana and Albania while making new friends from around the world. If you're passionate about hospitality and enjoy meeting people, we’d love to have you on our team!
