The experience

Help us with setting the vibe in one of the most social but relaxed hostels on the coast! We start the party and then take it elsewhere.

Looking for lively, beach-loving volunteers to join us as hosts and activity organisers! What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

1 day off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Parties: Get discounts at nearby parties and clubs.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Program Details

Each day, you'll encourage our guests to join our daily activities, which you and our other volunteers will facilitate. Think games nights, trivia nights, sunset walking tours, and pre-drinks for some of the best parties in Sri Lanka. You'll be the glue that brings our guests together and makes them never want to leave.

Activities & Shift

• Socialize with the guests and communicate our activities on our whatsapp group.
• Co-ordinate and facilitate our activities and events.
• Create content for social media - photos and videos.
• Set up and pack down our nightly family dinner (no dishes required, just setting the table)
• Keep our laundry running smoothly. Wash, hang, fold, repeat! This is a shared task between our volunteers and we certainly don't expect you to hang around all day doing laundry. Work as a team and as long as we have enough clean sheets, towels and blankets for our guests, all is good!
