Looking for lively, beach-loving volunteers to join us as guest experience and bar maestros! If you’re social, love a good laugh, and want to work in a laid-back, friendly space by the waves, you’re our kind of person. Ready to mix drinks, share stories, and bring the vibes? Let’s make some unforgettable memories together!

What you offer

28 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Parties: Get discounts at nearby parties and clubs.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Intermediate English

Over 18 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Activities & Shift

• Do check in and extensions of the guest.
• Socialize and form groups for the hostel activities (snorkeling & dolphin watching tours, wild life tours, boat party, etc).
• Manage whatsapp hostel group motivating the guests to join in on activities.
• Create content for social media - photos and videos.
• Art work/murals if is necessary.
