The experience

We’re looking for an outgoing, social, and creative volunteer to help us promote our parties and pub crawls! You’ll be the energy that gets guests excited to join, while also sharing the vibes on social media.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Music: Perform to entertain guests, children or local communities.

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Fluent English or Intermediate English

Over 19 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Do you love meeting new people, creating fun vibes, and sharing moments on social media? Come join our hostel family in Lombok as our Party & Social Media Promoter!
Your role will be to keep the energy alive: you’ll invite travelers to join our pub crawls and parties, share the vibes on Instagram/TikTok, and make sure everyone has a night to remember. You’ll be both the face of our nightlife and the one helping us grow our online community.

If you’re outgoing, love to dance, chat, and create content – this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

- Promote hostel events, parties, and pub crawls to guests
- Create & post content on Instagram/TikTok and tag our official account
- Encourage people to join the fun and make them feel welcome
- Be part of the party – dance, laugh, and keep the good vibes flowing

- Post stories, reels, and photos on Instagram (tagging hostel account)
- Create fun content to show hostel life & nightlife
- Encourage social vibes and make guests feel welcome
- Help set the mood before parties (gather people, music, decorations if needed

Shifts:
- Usually in the afternoon & evening, since that’s when guests are getting ready to go out and parties start
- Mostly flexible schedule so you can enjoy the beach and explore during the day

Rules

Volunteer Rules:
- Be respectful and friendly with guests and staff 🌍

- Promote the parties and pub crawls with a positive attitude 🎉
- Join the events and help create a fun, safe environment 🕺💃
- No excessive drinking or behavior that could disturb guests 🚫🍺
- Keep shared spaces tidy and respect hostel property 🏠
- Show up on time for your shifts ⏰
- Be open-minded, social, and enjoy connecting with people ✨
