My first volunteering experience couldn't be better! Everything was as written in the description of the host. The host was always helpful with all the questions. Its a good oppurtunity to get to know Tokyo better, meet locals and international travellers! I really recommend this experience!

It was my first experience as a volunteer, and I can tell you it was wonderful! The managers and the entire volunteer team formed a super friendly and welcoming team. They welcomed me with such warmth and respect. And I'll take with me the people and experiences I'll never forget. I highly recommend this place; the hours are tailored to the workload, and everything is super dynamic. The area is beautiful and easy to access by subway and buses. Without further ado, it's an experience I would repeat. ありがとう the guest house🫰🏻🇯🇵🇦🇷

The experience at Ten Ten was great! The owner, managers and the other volunteers were all amazing. They all made my experience in Japan much better. I was able to learn more about Japanese culture, they also gave me a lot of advices on special events and places to visit during my free time. The location is perfect: in one of the best neighborhoods of tokyo, with an incredible view from the last floor. I feel extremely grateful and happy with the experience I had at Ten Ten. I would recommend it to everybody!

The guest house was my my first volunteering experience in Japan and it was a perfect start for my time here. I learned about housekeeping and met some good people :) The location was right next to Senjo-ji temple in the middle of Asakusa which was nice. There is a lot to do and it's easy to meet other travellers in the guesthouse. The kitchen and bathrooms were good and clean of course! Staff is really nice and welcoming. I would go back someday!! Thank you the guest house <3

I spent two months volunteering at the guest house, and it was a great experience. The staff is very kind and always helpful. The location is excellent, close to many tourist spots in Tokyo. The work schedule is very convenient, as it usually ends around 1:30 PM, leaving the rest of the day free to explore the city and enjoy everything Tokyo has to offer.

I had an amazing experience at the guest house. Great location! Shrines, cheap supermarket, train station not far away!:) Bed was comfortable and kitchen is well equipped (free rice most of the time:)) and free laundry! Hours are respected- you need to be ready to work though. It depends on how many volunteers is there at the time but you are expected to do good job-sometimes physically demanding. They accommodated my requests and tried their best to make me feel comfortable- especially receptionists (Oi-san, Claire and Nana-san; thank you for everything!) Overall definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful experience staying at the guest house! The atmosphere of the guesthouse is warm and cozy. During my stay, I learned a looot about housekeeping. The location in Asakusa is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. I truly appreciated the kindness of all the staff working here, especially of the volunteers that were with me during June, with whom I shared memorable experiences.

Me encantó estar en este voluntariado, me sentí siempre muy cómodo y en confianza con el lugar y las personas. Además, tiene muy buena ubicación en Tokyo y el trabajo que se realiza en el voluntariado al ser pocas horas al día te permite aprovechar toda la tarde en la ciudad! Me gustaría volver por acá.

Mi experiencia en la casa ha sido INCREÍBLE vas a concer a mucha gente tanto a locales como extranjeros, los managers son los mejores te hacen sentir como en casa y te incluyen como si fueras uno mas ( nana san, sylwia, tomohiko, micki …) te va a encantar la experiencia! Pd: i will miss the other volunteers 🥹
