The experience

Volunteers help young Xhosa children to read by implementing our one-on-one English reading programme at a junior school in our rural Xhosa village for a few hours in the mornings.
After school, students visit our education centre for an hour of fun activities to practice their spoken English with volunteers.
If community work is what you want to do, then you can be effective in making a lasting difference to lives of these children.
