Monitoring and Evaluation Trainer
The experience
PDRI is looking for a dedicated volunteer to join our team as a Monitoring and Evaluation Trainer. In this role, you will help train and guide our staff and partners on how to monitor and evaluate projects effectively.

Requirements
Intermediate English or Intermediate French
Between 18 and 65 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
What's not included
Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
Program Details
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) methods.
Provide support and guidance on setting up M&E systems.
Help staff understand how to measure the success of projects and improve their performance.
Share best practices and tools related to M&E.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation or related fields.
Ability to teach and explain M&E concepts clearly.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Passionate about helping others learn and grow.
Time Commitment: Flexible (to be agreed upon)

Activities & Shift
The volunteer will having 2 shifts per day.
- Morning shift: Training Session from 9:00 to 11:00 am.
- Afternoon shift: Working with PDRI staffs in the office from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.
