Communications Coordinator
The experience
We are seeking a passionate Social Media and Comms Coordinator based in Nacala, Mozambique, to document and share the impactful work of our faith-based nonprofit. This role will focus on highlighting our initiatives to equip and empower vulnerable women through various programs and social enterprises. Responsibilities include managing social media, creating content, and amplifying the stories of the work and people at Liberty.
What you offer

Photography:
Take, edit and provide amazing photos.
Video Making:
Create, edit and publish digital videos.
Social Media:
Maintain and update social media channels.

Description:
This daily fee covers local traditional
lunch meals, and a contribution to electricity and water usage and helps us maintain our visitor accomodation.
If you would like unlimited WiFi access it’s an extra $10 per month.

Requirements
Intermediate English
Between 21 and 45 years old
Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers
Be from outside Mozambique
Travel insurance

Program Details
Eva volunteers stay on site and contribute their professional skill and passion to help develop and promote the impact for work at The Liberty Project.
Activities & Shift
You will be documenting our programs that run Monday to Friday 8 AM till 4:30 PM with the occasional special events and cafe reels on weekends.
Rules
People will be required to complete a separate Liberty Project application form because of our work with vulnerable people, people‘s acceptance to our volunteer program is at the discretion of The Liberty Project. Respect for our work and our faith based approach is absolutely necessary. No drinking, no smoking, no drugs allowed.
