The experience

We are looking for an organized person to join our team in communal living project in Malta, as Manager.
The main role will be to assist in the management and coordination of volunteers, supporting with task planning,
Requirements and ideal profile:
• Previous experience in volunteer programs.
• Expert or Ambassador level in Worldpackers.
• If you have hospitality experience, great.
• If you don’t we can discuss options


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.


What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely


Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 20 and 50 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

As a manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. In addition to enjoying life in Malta, you’ll receive payment for your work and have free time to explore this incredible island.

Main Responsibilities:
• Reception duties, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Customer service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Helping with cleaning and organizing common areas and rooms.
• Basic management of reservations and inquiries.
• Participating in activities organized for guests (optional).


Requirements:
• A passion for travel and community living.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced level of English (other languages are a plus).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive and responsible attitude.
