We’re a Glamping Surf Farm offering a unique blend of adventure, relaxation, and community. 🌴🏄 Our opportunity includes full board and accommodation, allowing you to immerse yourself fully in the experience.

What you offer

5 hours of help per day

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

We also organize visits to iconic spots like Nazaré, known for its record-breaking waves, and Ericeira, a UNESCO World Surfing Reserve.

Evenings at Kokua are all about connection, whether it's through music sessions, storytelling under the stars, or learning new skills like yoga or surfskate from fellow adventurers.

Activities & Shift

💼 What You'll Do:

📹 Record surf lessons twice a week

🤝 Interact with guests, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment

🍴 Help with table service during meals

🧼 Support with daily cleaning tasks

🌱 Support in the agroforestry vegetable garden



📋 Requirements:

A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a lively, active environment

A driver’s license is a plus, but not required 🚗
