The experience

Welcome to our Finca ! 🌵 We are located in the stunning valley of Agaete, a magical corner of the Canary Islands surrounded by mountains, beaches, and breathtaking natural beauty.

With passion, we cultivate the land, run a small restaurant with a local essence, and offer accommodation in a peaceful and friendly environment. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who want to join our community.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Discounts on Pubs: Get discounts at nearby pubs.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Activities & Shift

We are looking for responsible and committed individuals to contribute to one (or more!)

💫 Where you can contribute:

1️⃣ Keep our shared spaces clean & welcoming
Help maintain harmony and comfort in the common areas so everyone can enjoy a beautiful environment.
2️⃣ Kitchen & service support
Collaborate in the kitchen or help with general service tasks in our small, local-essence restaurant.
3️⃣ Farm work 🌱
Assist with planting, harvesting, watering, composting, and basic plant care.

⏰ Work Schedule:
5 hours a day • 5 days a week
You will always have time to relax, explore, and enjoy the island.
