A beautiful place, no doubt! Not only did I learn something new, but I also met other amazing people there - Summer, Paula and Tucker (volunteers). And I can't forget to mention Carla and Ricardo that is the heart and strength of this place. Moris, Cida and Bruna were also fantastic! Teresa is hard to communicate with (she approves volunteers here), which led me to leave earlier. The selling point for me was a private room, but this is not the case. We all questioned this, but got no good answers or solutions. If it wasn't for the team on-site I would have left way earlier!

Such an amazing place for your volunteering experience. Incredible location, with stunning views. You will definitely want to extend your stay. Property has everything you need, from clean comfy bed to the laundry room and dryer. You can try their amazing wines and eat delicious local food prepared by their chef. In the mornings you will be helping with vineyards or at the kitchen and later after lunch with the service. You will learn a TON about wine and wine production. Overall, I'm shocked how great this was and the suff made this experience even better. Thank you everyone 💓

This was my first World Packers experience and it was amazing. The owners and staff are all so nice and welcoming! I enjoyed being outside - it was mostly pruning that needed to be done, due to the time of year. The accommodation/ winery was really lovely and the meals were amazing. It was a little farther up from the town but we were easily able to take an Uber to nearby towns and beaches on the weekends. I learned a lot about the winery, wine, pruning and the vineyards. Many thanks to the team at MdQ! Hope to be back again at some point :)

My experience where good, it was just some personal feelings that made me decide to leave early. It was such a beautiful estate, room, since I was only there for 3 nights I didn't get a chance to be in the field but I got to work with labeling and helping out at a event. Everyone was super nice

The experience wasn't great due to poor organization and lack of communication, though I don't blame anyone personally. During the interview I was told I'd do different tasks, but once there, I was assigned five hours of field work daily with no fixed schedule. Guests had fancy meals while I had the same pasta with sausage several times. Joaquim was very kind, and Teresa too, although she wasn't on site. This was just my personal experience , others might have had a different one. I truly value volunteering and believe mutual respect is very important when working hard as part of a team.

My experience at the host wasn't bad, but it was different from what I expected. The team was really nice, good food, and great location. The application was for farm work, yet I only did vineyard work 6 days out of the 3 weeks I was there. Almost every day, I was working lunch/dinner service until late at night, which wasn't outlined in the application except for one line at the bottom of the page. It needs to be included in the application and described in more detail, or included in the "what you offer" section. Also, I was in a shared room, not private, as the application listed.

Y gracias Joaquín por ser tan claro con las tareas diarias y demostrar lo apasionado que sos con la enología, se ve a lo lejos que amas lo que haces y eso hace que uno también se sienta interesado y quiera aprender! Me gustó mucho ayudar en todas las áreas! Me sentí súper cómoda, el albergue para voluntarios fue excelente! Las comidas diarias super completas y mis compañeros de esta experiencia ahora son todos mis amigos. No tengo dudas que voy a volver! Bella experiencia y bello país

Um lugar incrível com pessoas maravilhosas que te ajudam no.qur precisar. Tereza, Felipe e toda a equipe de Staffs sempre nos ajudaram em tudo que precisamos. Os horários são respeitados e o trabalho é fácil. A acomodação é confortável e alimentação fornecida é incrível, uma ressalva para a Cida e Paula que fazem diariamente um excelente trabalho. Aconselho a todos a escolher esse lugar incrível ❤️
