Come and help in our Finca in Ibiza

The experience

we are currently looking for help with house maintenance, animal care and gardening projects. Carpentry, DIY, organisational and painting skills will be much appreciated too!

Hi, we're an English family living in Ibiza and are looking for more helpers to join our household to help with the house, garden, and lots of animals.
The house is full of creativity, work and fun, and Ibiza is a wonderful island.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Animal Care: Help look after and take care of animals.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English or Beginner Spanish

Over 18 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

Our Ibiza farmhouse is a constant source of inspiration and jobs to do! Right now we are looking for extra pairs of hands to help in the house and garden, and we need help looking after our chickens and children! Hardworking and fun team players with a friendly and positive attitude are welcome. We currently have space for January - mid April 2025 and have hosted many workawayers over the years which has been wonderful.

Activities & Shift

There´s a large variety of activities that we need help with: driving, childcare (we have two ten year olds and a 15 year old) cooking, tidying, looking after chickens and guinea pigs and dogs, gardening. We've recently moved back in, so there´s lots of organising to do as well. We're also involved in a wide variety of cooking, environmental and art projects and love to host volunteers who are into that stuff.


We don´t have fixed shifts and like to trust our helpers to get the jobs done as and when needed, unless it´s a specific job like getting the kids to school!
