The experience

We have planted over 5000 trees to regenerate the landscape. While they grow, we need to weed them and ensure they are protected. So we repair fences to keep them safe. We also have some repairs to poultry house and enclosures

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Animal Care: Help look after and take care of animals.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Intermediate English

Over 21 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

Depending on your skills. We will have materials ready for the agreed tasks.

Activities & Shift

These can be flexible. We suggest 5 hours x 4 days per week. Or 4 hrs x 5 days.

Rules

No smoking or alcohol or illicit drugs are permitted. Noise to be kept to a respectful level. Safety is our priority. Safety induction and training is a mandatory first step. You will not be permitted to commence tasks unless we assess you know how to do them safely. Safety equipment provided must be used as directed.
