The place was really beautiful though quite rural. It's a good opportunity to connect with nature and learn hard skills. Juan taught us how to milk goats and make cheese and yogurt, how to make jam, to preserve food for winter and to take care of the garden. I would have probably enjoyed my stay a lot more if not for Juan's stern teaching techniques which made the work environment a little anxiety inducing for me and the rest of the volunteers. Also be careful if you work online: there's no wifi, signal it's not always stable and electricity to charge computers is not available at all hours.

Siendo mí primera experiencia no puedo ser tan objetivo. Para mí fue un tiempo de aprendizaje en todo sentido además de lo del voluntariado en si. Juan enseña cómo tratar y cuidar de las cabras, también explica algo sobre cultivos. Durante mí tiempo allí lamentablemente no realizamos quesos y yogures lo cual imagino y por lo que Juan me cuenta debe ser una gran experiencia y aprendizaje. Tengan en cuenta que no hay agua caliente así que también estimo que debe ser mejor la estadía en tiempos de temperaturas mas cálidas.
