Help with gardening and animal care in Australia

The experience

I would love to host a volunteer (or up to 3 volunteers) to live in my home and help with the garden - planting and watering. There are usually chickens and horses on site too to take care of.
I also have some painting and building projects (small) - painting a caravan / fixing things like shelving.
I also have a plan to build a bottle brick home / study on site so if you have skills in this area, that would be AMAZING!

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English or Beginner French

Between 18 and 80 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

10 hours of work on the home / land in exchange for accommodation or 15 hours pw fpr accommodation and breakfast.

Activities & Shift

Any hours - preferably 2 hours per day Monday to Friday... This also allows Volunteers to attain employment in town too.

No smoking or vaping. No excessive parties or loud music after 10pm. No drugs.
