The experience

Become a volunteer at our amazing hostel in the heart of beautiful Boracay! Weekly we host karaoke, movie nights, game nights, bar crawls, and island hopping, with top DJs on weekends. As a volunteer, you'll socialize with guests, host events, and encourage participation. This is a fantastic opportunity to explore Boracay, enjoy free events, and build close relationships with guests and staff—all while having fun at work. Also do social media.

What you offer

32 hours of help per week

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Become a volunteer at our amazing hostel in the heart of beautiful Boracay!

Our hostel is a popular spot for guests, locals, and tourists staying at other hostels and hotels on the island. Many guests visit for our café, parties, pool, and events, and you can be part of making these happen! Each week, we host karaoke, movie nights, game nights, bar crawls, and island hopping, along with major DJs on the weekends. As a volunteer, your main responsibilities will be socializing with guests, hosting the mentioned events, and encouraging participation. You'll do this alongside our staff and fellow volunteers. This is a fantastic opportunity to get to know Boracay, enjoy free events, and build close relationships with both guests and staff—all while having fun at work. Additionally, there are great opportunities to manage our social media and be responsible for posting everything happening on our Instagram.

This is the perfect job for someone looking to experience the island paradise of Boracay while being social and having fun at work.

Activities & Shift

Your main responsibility will be to host social events at the hostel. To ensure their success, you and another volunteer will encourage guest participation. Additionally, you'll promote the hostel's offerings, such as yoga, massages, ice baths, excursions, and more. If you have experience with social media and Instagram, we need someone to post content, market events, and provide live updates during them.
