About the experience in: Sarybel District, Kazakhstan
China
It was my first solo trip, and I felt so much warmth and joy from this family. Volunteering here was like a roller coaster—some days started at 5:30am, some at 8:30am, and the working hours varied, but the fresh wind and endless countryside views always helped me relax. Olzhas and Aida are truly kind—Aida taught me how to make Baursak, Lime Tea, and even prepared delicious Beshbarmak. The workers are so hardworking—Akma's strength impressed me. I had great talks with YuHee, but sadly missed her hometown food on my last day. We ended with a lovely family gathering. I'll come back in winter!
