We have a wide variety of tasks to do they mainly are:

Join us in a meaningful and hands-on project where nature, sustainability, and community come together! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to lend a hand and make a real impact on our land and animals.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Animal Care: Help look after and take care of animals.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Dedicated Workspace: Specific space for you to work remotely

Requirements

Beginner English or Beginner Portuguese

Over 21 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

We can offer you somewhere to stay with meals included on the days that you work.
Volunteers should have there own vehicle due to the natural of our location.

Activities & Shift

5 hours of work a day and 2 days off in the week, you will be able to pick your days off.
What You’ll Be Doing:

🌱 Gardening: Sowing, watering, and nurturing plants to life.
🌾 Clearing the Land: Prepare spaces for new projects and growth.
🌳 Revitalizing Olive Trees: Bring life back to our beautiful trees.
🐾 Animal Care: Look after our dogs, cats, ducks, chickens, and geese.
💧 Water Management: Redirect rainfall, create ponds, and build swales.
🧱 Creative Building: Help construct a unique bottle wall and outdoor kitchen.
🥫 Food Preservation: Learn and assist with preserving fresh, local produce.
