The experience

Want to volunteer with dogs an Animal Care volunteer in Uganda? this project gives you the opportunity to help in a shelter that houses stray and abandoned dogs and cats. you gain experience looking after animals while providing the animals with human companionship, medical treatment and everyday care with the goal of helping them find loving homes. For those who are veterinary students or qualified vets, there is also a vet clinic in the shelter


What you offer

18 hours of help per week

Animal Care: Help look after and take care of animals.


What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Accommodation: Get discounts for your stay in other hostels.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.
