We are looking for a versatile and mindful volunteer who can assist during a pivotal transition phase. Your work will involve helping to care for the house and property as the final construction phases wrap up. What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Requirements

Beginner English

Between 20 and 40 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

We are looking for a versatile and mindful volunteer who can assist during a pivotal transition phase. Your work will involve helping to care for the house and property as the final construction phases wrap up. Your tasks are split between ensuring the house is ready and eventually supporting the retreat's operations. This is an incredible opportunity to learn skills in

farming, painting, building repair, and gardening.

The position involves two phases:

- Preparation Phase: Light building repair, painting, organizing the house, and engaging in gardening and farming to prepare the property for guests.

- Operational Phase: Once the retreat is finished and launched, your help will transition to retreat operations, which may include assisting with setting up and organizing classes/therapies.


Activities & Shift

We ask for your dedication for just

20 hours per week, giving you ample time to enjoy Bali. You will have 2 days off each week. A minimum stay of 1 week is required to allow time for orientation and contribution.

Your weekly collaboration includes:

Farming and gardening tasks.
Light painting and building repair.
General house maintenance and organization.
Retreat preparation (setting up spaces, organizing materials).
