The experience

We are looking for a surf instructor to join our team. You will be called upon to teach surf to beginner and intermediate clients depending on schedule. Will also be a part of surfing excursions!

What you offer

22 hours of help per week

Arts: Help with painting, graffiti, sculpting or drawing.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Program Details

You will be a part of our surf team, teaching surf alongside our lead instructors. You will also be apart of our hotel team, entertaining guests, as well as creating the SLAB LAB vibe.

As you know, surf is flexible and ever changing, and so is our schedule, but don't worry! You will have time to surf yourself:)
