Rules

🌿 Rules & Guidelines – Creating Harmony at the Finca 🌿

We want everyone to have an amazing experience at the Finca. To keep things running smoothly and respectfully, here are some important guidelines:

1. Deposit: A 200€ deposit per person is required; refunded if the caravan and tools are returned in the same conditions.
2. We expect clear and honest communication, respect and kindness among the team.
3. Cleanliness: Communal areas and caravans must be cleaned weekly—leave spaces as you found them or better.
4. Car Access Only: If you don’t have a car, we can arrange pick-up/drop-off to Málaga (cost-share for gasoline).
5. No Smoking in Caravans: Please respect the smoke-free environment inside.
6. No Pets due to our existing animals and limited caravan space.
7. Conscious Resource Use: This is an eco project and we are off-grid. Make mindful use of water, gas and solar energy— hot showers, heaters, washing maschine, chargers etc. need to be used during sunlight hours.
All our water is recycled on to our plants, so NO chemicals can be used on the site.
8. Quiet Hours: Between 10 PM and 10 AM, please respect everyone’s rest and privacy.
9. Visitors: Let us know in advance; overnight stay is 10€/night.
10. Damages: Report any breakages or issues right away.
