We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and talented volunteers to step into exciting roles like chef de cozinha or bartender at our serene luxury hotel in the heart of Yoruba Land, Ibadan. 🌍✨

Surrounded by the rich culture and history of the vibrant city Ibadan, our hotel offers the perfect blend of relaxation and elegance. With a spa for unwinding, a lively bar and restaurant for indulgence, and a stunning pool for a refreshing escape.

What you offer

5 hours of help per week

Cooking: Choose the menu, pick ingredients and cook delicious dishes.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

1 day off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Discounts on Restaurants: Get discounts at nearby restaurants.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Discounts on Accommodation: Get discounts for your stay in other hostels.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Rules

- No Drugs or Illegal Substances

- Alcohol Policy: Moderate alcohol consumption is allowed during personal time but must not affect your work or behavior.

- Professional Conduct: Treat guests, staff, and fellow volunteers with respect and kindness at all times.

- Punctuality: Be on time for all assigned shifts and tasks.

- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness in your workspace and accommodation.

- Safety First: Follow all safety guidelines, especially when handling equipment or working by the pool.

- No Harassment: Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

- Dress Code: Wear appropriate attire for your role and always present yourself neatly. Depending on what you'll be doing work clothes might be avaliable.

- Property Respect: Handle all hotel property with care and report damages immediately.

(Termination Clause: Failure to follow these rules may result in the termination of your volunteer position.)
