La experiencia fue ok el trabajo es simple pero agotador y los voluntarios fueron la razon por la que me quede tanto tiempo, Nathalie es una buena persona con buenas intenciones pero tiene mucho que aprender. El proyecto es algo bueno que quiero apoyar y quiero que funcione pero a menos de que algunas cosas cambien lo dudo. Los horarios no son muy bien respetados y cambian de la noche a la mañana una vez acabaste tu turno puedes recibir mensajes de la host pidiendo que hagas mas. Mi consejo es ignorar esos mesajes y hacer todo lo posible para respetar los horarios.

I really want to answer on you.
Yes plans can change, and this have everything to do with the heat that we are dealing with… or a bad day full off rain( then we can not work)
Most off the time we didn’t work the 5 hours, so yes I was asking sometimes to do some extra work. On other days, most off the time small things.
But I will always communicate about the plans..
And I really like open conversation about everything.
If volonteers don’t like something, or I don’t like something. Then we are all adults to talk about the situation. And to see where everybody can improve ❤️🍀

Natali es anfitriona nueva y parece no tener clara la aplicacion. Es mejor que preguntes: El Punto de ubicacion en la app esta mal (esta a 20 min en carro sí tienes, no hay buses ni nada); no hay lavanderia ni ducha (sí quieres en el pueblo pero tu lo debes pagar); Horarios; si hay salidas al pueblo en la tarde, la cena tu la debes pagar; El baño es en caravana para 8 voluntarios y la limpieza al tardar,no se puede usar hasta 2 días. No nos fue bien con el trato de la anfitriona por lo que debimos usar ayuda en worldpakers y esto quedara en seguimiento. Somos voluntarios, no trabajadores.

We live off Grid. 9 km from the city.
We drive Every day down to bring the childeren to school.
Everyday you have the possibility 2 times a day, to go down.
We drive Every other day to the store.

There is a toilet that we make empty ( we where saying that we need to know This before its completly full, so the next time that we drive down. We can empty it.
We always make the same day the toilet empty.
And you could always use a second toilet.

We have biciclet to use when ever you want.

1once in a week we go to cheap restaurant, where everybody Pay for them self. But there is always food to make a hot meal, if you can not come.

We where saying in front: we are building a hot shower outside.
( the shower was done in the second week that you where here!)
And we where saying, that you can wash your self on the sink in 2 different caravans( with privacy)
We also have a cold shower outside. And 1 one off the caravan you can take hot shower ( 5min because then the hot water is empty and have to wait 30 min till the boiler is warm again for the next person)

And for the people that want luxery . We can go to the swiming pool and take there a hot shower. But you have to Pay.

Our laundry machine broke( and we where really sorry for this)
So we offered that if you have to wash your clothes, that we will pay the laundry machine down in the city.

We where asking different times, if you and your sister needed some thing.


Its normal that we are making food togheter and clean the dishes togheter.
No volonteer complain about this!
Only you and your sister!

You didnt get out off your bed in time, to start working!

Everybody was ready at 8:00 to start and you not! It happend múltiples times!

You didnt do the work we where asking.
And sometimes you where talking and didnt want to work:


It was a very bad experiences with you and your sister!

We try the best we could for you both.

Nobody complains, only you and your sister.

El lugar fue precario por la falta de servicios esenciales como lavandería, internet y ducha. El mapa en roquetes es mentira, porque están a 8km del pueblo. Lo más preocupante fue la actitud agresiva de Natalia, la persona a cargo, quien me mostró comportamientos extremos, como gritos e insultos, expulsandome del Lugar dias antes de finalizar mi estadia, y Tengo videos como prueba de ello. ☝️ Absolutamente nada justifica la violencia verbal. Recuerda q la App está diseñada para viajeros que desean conocer otros paises y tener intercambio cultural, NO para buscar trabajo ilegal en otros paises.
