The experience

We have a number of beautiful Airbnbs, a Hotel and a Hostal located within the culture centre and cultural DownTown parts of the city.
This volunteer position would require your help with the daily upkeep and cleaning of these properties, for example, looking after the plants, cleaning of communal areas, changing of bedsheets after guest make complete their check outs etc.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

What you get

4 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Program Details

Our properties are located in the best neighbourhoods in Guadalajara! Giving you the best chance to get to explore our beautiful city and its sites. Just a short distance from top attractions like the City Centre, Guadalajara Cathedral, La Plaza de Mariachi and Avenida Chapultepec. There will never be a shortage of fun and cultural activities for you to participate in!

Activities & Shift

30hrs a week, divided into 3 days

Some of the activities include:

-Cleaning of communal areas.
-Helping with the laundry service.
-Housekeeping (changing of bedsheets etc)
-Taking out the rubbish.

Rules

-It is prohibited to smoke any form of tabaco or marihuana within the properties.
-The consumption of drugs is also prohibited.
-Pets are unfortunately not permitted.
-If caught violating any of these rules, there will be an immediate elimination from the program.
