The experience

Hi everyone!
We are the new managers of the hostel in Montañita beach, Ecuador. We are continuing the legacy of the hostel and it is a dream come true to us. started managing in 2023. We are looking for fun loving volunteers
to help us organising all sort of games for our backpackers clients: card games,beer pong tournament,fifa on ps4, quizz nights..etc
and make mojitos and sell beers (you drink for free:)! )

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Beginner Spanish

Between 18 and 40 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

you'll usualy work from 6pm to midnight, creating a vibe on the terrace by playing games.in the mean time you will sell beers and mojitos (plus free mojitos for you!)
usualy 5 nights a week, sometime four if quiet

Rules

no drugs use and not (too much alcool)!) but you'll have the monday nights open bar for free ;)
