As a Housekeeping Volunteer, you'll assist with cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and handling laundry.

You’ll work alongside our professional housekeeping team, receive full training, and be provided with the necessary cleaning equipment.

What you offer

Requirements

Intermediate English or Beginner French

Between 18 and 36 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

Work 7 hours per day, 3 days a week (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday), ensuring every area of the hostel is cleaned thoroughly.
Perform physical tasks like climbing on top of bunk beds and cleaning various surfaces. This position is physically demanding and requires standing, bending, and moving around the hostel for extended periods.
Stay proactive and motivated, showing energy and drive as you work with the team.

This position will be open for 45 days, from December 1, 2025, until January 15, 2026.

Activities & Shift

Cleaning guest rooms (changing bed linens, dusting, cleaning bathrooms).
Keeping common areas clean, including lounges, kitchens, and bathrooms.
Handling laundry and ensuring clean linens for guests.
Assisting with other tasks as needed, working alongside our professional housekeeping team

Rules

Training in the first week on housekeeping tasks and the cleaning products used.
Full cleaning materials and safety equipment are provided, including mandatory cleaning outfits.
