Help me with my son who has an intellectual disability

The experience

*ONLY GIRLS ITALIANS* My need is related to my son, who has an intellectual disability, and basically, we need the volunteer to accompany him to school. During school hours, unfortunately, I work as a driver and cannot accompany him. The school is 10 km from home, and there is no public transportation.

** I would also be open to welcoming people from other nationalities, as long as they have Italian residency and a tax code. **

What you offer

16 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Intermediate Italian or Intermediate Spanish

Over 20 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Program Details

I can offer a single room, spacious and bright, with a private bathroom located on the first floor of the house.

Rules

** MUST TO BE GIRLS, LONG TERM VOLUNTEER PREFERRED UNTIL JUNE. **

There are two dwarf rabbits in the house, so the person should not be intolerant or allergic to their fur.
