I'm so grateful for my time at the beautiful the guest house. I had a blast painting, gardening, cooking, and even learning to iron bed linen with a special machine! I met the real palincă, falling in love with salată de vinete, biking around, and visiting the stunning places in the beautiful Maramureș. Marius was a welcoming host, and although we have very different political views, I found our conversations to be a truly enriching part of the cultural exchange. He manages the work and timing very well which is helpful. I'm also thankful for his flexibility when we shortened my stay. A big hug

Marius is such a kind person, I have no words to describe how welcoming and sweet he is. The work consists in mainly gardening and painting. And he plans trips and cool stuff for us to do in the nature in our time off. It is a great opportunity to get in contact with someone who has lived in this country for so long, and learn from it. The space is comfortable and cozy. Thank you Marius for your kindness and courtesy ♥️

My stay was good. With Marius we shared good talks about music and other topics. I had to leave a week earlier for a medical check-up. Some things: 🚎 There is no public transportation in the area, so you will have to talk to Marius to get around Maramures. We visited some villages, wooden churches and a monastery in the area. 🥞 If you are just a volunteer you will generally cook for the two of you and eat together, except for breakfast. This can be a bit of a hassle if you are very independent with your times and meals, although Marius is flexible. Thank you for everything! 🌼

Foi uma experiência muito boa e tranquila, com certeza uma das melhores que eu já tive se não a melhor, em questão de qualidade de vida e tempo! Com certeza! Foi a melhor. O anfitrião Marius, é um senhor muito legal e compreensível, não foi um simples anfitrião, foi um amigo! Nos divertimos, bebemos, comemos e passeamos, fomos a lugares muito bonito aqui da Romênia Na parte do trabalho super tranquilo e agradável… o lugar é lindo e super recomendo pra quem gosta de relaxar em lugares calmos. Nota 10/10 para essa experiência
