What you offer
30 hours of help per week
Child Care:
Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.
Teaching Languages:
Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.
What you get

Private Room:
You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Program Details
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson plans.
- Help supervise children during playtime, meals, and other activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Engage children in educational and creative activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, and outdoor play.
- Support children in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing classroom materials, cleaning, and preparing learning resources.
- Participate in special events, field trips, and parent-teacher meetings as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and other volunteers
Activities & Shift
**8:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Arrival and Setup**
- Arrive at the school and check in with the staff.
- Review daily activities and any special notes regarding the children.
- Prepare the activity area or classroom (e.g., set up learning materials, toys, and supplies).
**8:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Welcome and Free Play**
- Greet the children as they arrive.
- Facilitate free play to help children settle in and socialize.
- Engage with children in activities like building blocks, puzzles, or arts and crafts.
**9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Circle Time**
- Gather all the children for circle time.
- Introduce the day’s theme or topics (e.g., weather, seasons, community helpers).
- Sing songs, read stories, or engage in interactive discussions.
**9:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Structured Activity**
- Organize a structured activity related to the theme (e.g., a craft project, a group game, or a simple science experiment).
