Rules

PUNCTUALITY: as your main task will be to receive our volunteers and see out, receive some products, it is vitally important punctuality and the communication with the staff. You may have in mind that: in the case of the volunteers, are people that come from a really long flight or journey, most of the time with stops, without sleeping, etc. and they wait to be received respectfully and quickly. The idea on the case of receiving them is to welcome them, show them the floors that are from UTS Argentina, giving them the keys, show them the rooms, and in case they have any question, answer them –if you do not know the answer, refer them to Alejandro.
In the case of a product that we have bought, the suppliers expect to be attended quickly as well. Because of safety, they cannot get in to the building, otherwise you will be notified.
Prepare the breakfast before maid´s arrival, that will be from 7 am until 9.30 am
At night, the common area must be closed and locked
