The experience

Join us at the Home of Love English School, a heartwarming NGO providing free English education to children with disabilities. Located near the iconic Angkor Wat, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact on young lives while experiencing Cambodian culture.


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.

Additional fee required

Amount: US$ 5 Per day

Fee pays for: Donation to project

Description: Volunteer costs will go towards helping our village project to educate as well as feed the children.


What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

💼 What to Know:

Dress respectfully during class hours (shoulder-covering shirts and knee-length pants/skirts).
Smoking is only allowed outside the school gates.

Activities & Shift

💡 What You’ll Do:

Assist local teachers in their lessons, focusing on speaking and pronunciation practice.
Teach 3 classes daily (approx. 20-25 hours per week).
Support lesson plans or lead classes if experienced.

🕰️ Schedule:
7:00 AM: Depart Siem Reap for the village.
8:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Morning classes (with a 30-minute break).
1:15 PM - 4:00 PM: Afternoon classes (with a 30-minute break).
4:30 PM: Return to Siem Reap.
