🌍 Program Description – What We Expect & What You Can Expect
Our kite co-living is a shared lifestyle, not a hotel job. We live, work, kite, eat, and spend time together, so we’re looking for people who are proactive, respectful, and genuinely excited to be part of a community.

🪁 Position 1 – Community & Social Media Host

What we expect from you:
Help with daily social media content (stories, short videos, capturing the house vibe)
Assist with guest check-ins and basic hosting and light property management
Regularly check in with guests to make sure they’re comfortable and help with small questions or issues
Help organize and host a few community dinners per week
Be present, social, and proactive in the house

🛠 Position 2 – Kite School, Maintenance & Community Support
What we expect from you:
Keep kite school areas clean, organized, and functional
Help with small maintenance and fixing things around the house (basic DIY, housings, adjustments)
Run errands and logistics support when needed
Check that guests are doing well and report or help resolve small issues
Help with community dinners when required
Be reliable, practical, and solution-oriented

Activities & Shift

⏰ Shifts & Schedule
Around 25 hours per week per person
You can manage and distribute your hours throughout the week
2 full days off per week
Tasks and hours are flexible and adapted to:
Wind conditions
Guest arrivals and needs
Community dinners and activities
Support is mainly needed around:
Guest check-ins
Kite school operations
Community dinners
Free time during strong wind hours is respected whenever possible so you can kite
