Jomer & Lita were lovely hosts and made us feel part of their family. The food was incredible and there was loads of it! The farm was really interesting and we learnt alot about permaculture & organic farming that we can take back home with us to grow more vegetables organically! The area was lovely and we met alot of nice locals. Would definitely go back and visit the farm to see what it's like in the future!

Jomer and Lita were really welcoming and extremely generous. We loved that we ate organic food that came directly from the farm! We really enjoyed getting involved and helping, doing activities such as painting, picking crops, and preparing food. It was also nice to learn more about filipino culture, we really loved doing Karaoke with them too! We learnt a lot about sustainability and organic farming, and Jomer took us to visit another farm to learn more about vermicomposting. He even sorted out bike hire so we could explore more of the island on our day off.

I loved my stay at jolits the farm! I felt so welcomed there. Everyone was so nice so it felt like a second home. On the weekend Jomer showed me a lot of beautiful places around the farm like the chocolate hills and the tarsier sanctuary. Everything was perfect and the food was amazing! I will miss this place and the people there a lot and i hope i can visit the farm again in the future.

We had a really nice stay at the farm. jomer and Lita are very nice and welcoming people, who like to share their life and experience with others. Sadly we had to leave early because of an medical emergency. We are really thankful for the understanding reaction. We really wandet to stay l longer and enjoy the time with the family and learn a lot about farming. We hope to come back some day!

The farm is the perfect place for volunteer work! They've created a super beautiful and sustainable surrounding there. The work is well-guided and straightforward. Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I could only stay for 1.5 days because my back problems flared up again during that time. Lita was incredibly understanding and supportive, and Jomer frequently checked in on me in the days that followed. Even though our stay was so short, we felt like part of the family. We were truly sad to leave so early and hope to be able to come back.

Volunteering at Jolit's Farm was ber experience, I learned a lot about the farm, I really connected with people around even when I only stayed one week everyone adopted me. I could visit really nice places around. Jomer and Lita helped me always with everything and tasks to help around are super easy, is more like a learning and cultural interchange. Thank you for accepting me.

If you are thinking about doing a volunteering experience in the Philippines, then look no further! Jolit's the farm exceeded all expectations, the hosts Jomer & Lita welcomed me into their beautiful family. They're so knowledgable about sustainable practices and passionate about their land and nature. Working hours were manageable & flexible. Tent was super cosy & private. Everyone was sooo friendly and helpful. Host helped organise rent of bikes to explore island. Amazing food x3 a day & yum snacks! Socialising with UNO & karaoke, even went out to stunning waterfalls & sunset viewpoints!

We didn't expect to get a positive answer to our application but we are so glad we did! Jomer welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. It was nice to know that someone was waiting for us like family waiting for you after your travels :) Jomer, Lita and their kids are a great bunch of people and extremely smiley which makes volunteering with them so pleasurable! We spend nearly our whole days with them and eat with them all the whilst exchanging on our cultures and playing cards. This volunteering experience allows you to truly experience the local life and work with family :)

This week of volunteering has moved us far more than we could have imagined. We will cherish Jomer and Lita's warm welcome, their genuine curiosity, and their desire to share their world. We will remember the laughter around the UNO table, Jomer's passionate lessons on his organic farm, and the undeniable selflessness of his family, treating us like family and always giving us a seat at their table where the dishes were always delicious (we already miss the "more rice"). With deep gratitude, thank you, Jomer and Lita, for all the love you have given us, which we now carry in our hearts.
